Board of Trustees
Mr. Fletcher has over 45 years of executive management experience in the fields of Education, Insurance and Business Management. He has served on the Board of Directors of numerous local and state organizations and agencies including the San Jose City Council, San Jose Redevelopment Agency, California Attorney General Citizen Advisory Council, and many other community organizations. The final 20 years of his business career were served as Chancellor of a K-12 College Preparatory Educational Institution in San Jose, CA. During his tenure as top executive at the school, student enrollment grew from 800 to 3,000+ students, and a 54-acre hilltop campus valued at over 110 million dollars was developed.
Chair – Claude Fletcher
Mr. Fletcher has over 45 years of executive management experience in the fields of Education, Insurance and Business Management. Vice Chair and Treasurer – Bill Long
Mr. Long attended Lincoln Law School evening classes in 1972-1973 while employed by IBM in San Jose, CA. He subsequently founded a mainframe software company that grew to 150 employees with over 1,200 customers. Following the sale of his business, he began serving in 1992 as a trustee at Willamette University, a small 2,500 student private college in Salem, OR, with an undergraduate liberal arts college, a law school, and a graduate business school. He initially served on the Financial Affairs Committee and the Academic Affairs & Enrollment Committee, and was appointed chair of the Financial Affairs Committee in 1997. Mr. Long transitioned to Life Trustee in 2007, and began serving on the Audit Committee.

Secretary – Sally Anderson
After 38 years in Boston, MA, which included teaching at a Community College, Ms. Anderson relocated to San Jose, CA, and began teaching at DeAnza College. It was at DeAnza that she co-founded an open-entry, open-exit, self-paced program which became the school’s leading student contract-hours department in the district, and for which she received several awards. Following missionary involvement with several organizations, Ms. Anderson was asked to join the Board of Directors at the Harker School, where she served for 22 years. She subsequently joined the Board of Lincoln and is eager to give members of this very special student body the opportunity to become lawyers.

Mr. Domingue earned his Juris Doctor, Magna Cum Laude, at Santa Clara University School of Law, and is a founding member of Rossi Domingue LLP, a growing law firm with three offices in Northern California. He was previously a partner for over twenty years at Berliner Cohen LLP, a large business and real estate practice in San Jose, and has been a professor at Lincoln Law School where he taught Civil Procedure and Advanced Legal Writing. He is a board member at The Sharks Alumni Foundation that aims to strengthen the Bay Area youth sports community by working with members of the community and former Sharks players. He also serves as Advisory Board Member at the Santa Clara County Sheriff’s Office.

He also serves as Advisory Board Member at the Santa Clara County Sheriff’s Office.

Mr. Graves is a retired senior and corporate executive from the Santa Clara Valley. After more than three decades in multiple multi-billion-dollar semiconductor and computer organizations, he was fortunate to retire early and has served on for-profit and non-profit boards developing leaders. More than 100 CEOs and senior executives who worked for him are now senior executives in this community as well. He has been a part of Lincoln Law School’s team for seven years because this 100-year-old institution provides our valley with unique and proven ability to deliver an underserved population with an opportunity to study, serve and practice the law.

After being employed in Washington, DC, by Neighborhood Legal Services and the Federal Trade Commission, he served at the Department of Energy (DOE) from 1978 until 1989, when he was appointed a federal bankruptcy judge for the United States bankruptcy court, Northern District of California. He taught courses in Contract Law as a part-time professor at Lincoln Law School for several years before he retired on March 31, 2016. Since his retirement, he has been continuously involved with the Rotary Club and other civic endeavors.
